is my 8th year on the lower river Ebro in Spain catching these awesome European
catfish. I have spent most of that time exploring
and fishing this mighty river. Now with
my wealth of experience and local knowledge I am offering
professional catfishing boat tours at competitive rates with excellent results, to date I have landed over 12 tons of catfish

What do I
get?....... you
get 7 nights accommodation in our luxury apartment situated in the resort of
L´Amplloa in front of the Mediterranean sea, where you'll find many restaurants, bars and shops to choose
from. The catfishing tours are all inclusive. You can choose from 3 or 5 days on a fully equipped boat which has been totally customised for
catching and landing these enormous catfish. You get an experienced skipper
guide, the best tried and tested specialist tackle, fresh
baits and fuel I use the latest digital camera to record your captures which are
later presented on a CD, a cool box with a fresh packed lunch with cold drinks so you don't even have to
worry about your tummy. All you have to do is confirm available dates then book
a flight to either Reus or Barcelona airport, then pack your suitcase, not forgetting
to pack your hat and sun screen.

Winter catfishing can be frantic and is over look by many visiting anglers, here are me and fellow guide Derek during a February session, we took two cats at the same time, mine was 145lbs and Derek's was 105lbs mine was decently BiGGer than Derek's, but later that day Derek took a bigger cat, which was a new pb for him of 176lbs "Jammy ba@#$%d". The winter catting can be hard and seam slow at times, but these big cats have got to feed and when they do it can be manic with nearly all the cats coming in at well over the 100lb mark. The weather during these winter months can feel chilly, with plenty of fresh northerly winds. However, when the wind is not blowing there are some beautifully pleasant sunny days with temperatures getting up to around 18 ºC.
The River levels remain low throughout the winter, and not rising until early spring time. Weed beds will have all died back and the water remains very clear. Water temperature are around 15ºC during late November dropping down to 10ºC during February.
