Carefully read the following CATHUNTER Terms and conditions:
PROVISIONAL BOOKING. A provisional booking will be held for fourteen days from the time of booking. If a completed booking form and the correct deposit are not received by the end of this time period the booking will be cancelled.
PRICES, The prices are set at time of booking and do not include holiday insurance, airfares, ferries, hire car or train fares to and from the accommodation. All prices quoted in pounds are provided only as a guide and may vary depending on the current Euro exchange rate.
PAYMENT, The deposit only payable by a sterling cheque made payable to Mrs. J LeMercier and sent to the U.K address at the top of the booking form. This payment is then deducted from the balance at the current Euro exchange rate at the time of completing the booking form. Use the currency converter found on the web site. The balance must only be paid in Euros by bank transfer four weeks before departure or cash on your arrival.
CANCELLATION, If you wish to cancel the holiday after confirmation has been sent and deposit paid then you must do so in writing to CatHunter tours. The cancellation will be effective when we receive the letter any deposits paid are not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel due to uncontrollable reasons. We will either try to offer you an alternative tour or refund your deposit.
INSURANCE, Our charges do not include holiday insurance. We encourage you to seek holiday insurance cover or recommend you fill in a EHIC medical cover form for the EEC available FREE from department of health and available online.
DISCLAIMER, Completing the booking form indicates acceptance of the following disclaimer: I and other members of my party recognize that no representative of CatHunter Tours can be held responsible for the safety on our tours of myself and other members of my party.
TERMINATION, We reserve the right to terminate any person's holiday, with immediate effect, if their behaviour in our opinion is likely to cause damage, danger or annoyance to other people or to property.
